By entering this contest, you represent that you have read the contest rules below and agree to the terms and conditions herein.
1. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
1.1 The "Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with us" contest (hereinafter the "Contest") is organized by Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (hereinafter the "Contest Organizers"). There will be a single Contest period (hereinafter a "Contest Period"), from February 8, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to February 17, at 5:00 p.m. (ET), consisting of the duration of the Contest (hereinafter the "Contest Period").
2.1 The Contest is open to Quebec residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, as well as agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity under their control or affiliated with them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and all persons with whom such employees, agents and representatives reside are not eligible to enter the Contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To participate in the Contest, participants must go to the information booth located at Mail Champlain (2151, Boulevard Lapinière, QC J4W 2T5) near entrance 1. The participant can simply go there and upon presentation of a bill of $75 or more or upon presentation of several bills purchased the same day totaling $75 or more in Mail Champlain, the customer will receive a fortune cookie with the chance that it will present a winning message. There is a limit of one contest entry per person for the duration of the contest.
4.1 The following prizes will be awarded the same day a winning fortune cookie is drawn: 2 Cominar gift cards valued at $250 each. The total value of the contest is $500.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1 Disqualification. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person who enters or attempts to enter the Contest in a manner that is contrary to these Contest Rules or unfair to other entrants. This person could be turned over to the competent legal authorities.
5.10 Copyright and Trademark. The use or reproduction of trademarks or copyrighted materials in connection with the Contest is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the trademark or copyright owner.
5.11 Severability of paragraphs. If any portion of these Contest Rules is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Contest Rules to the fullest extent permitted by law. Before being declared a winner, you must answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
