Customer Service Representative

Permanent, part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours/week)

Cominar is looking for a customer service agent at the customer service kiosk, for his Brossard team, at Champlain Mall.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Customer Service, you will have to welcome and inform the customers of our services, and to supervise the activities in the mall. 

Permanent, part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours/week). Available for weekday shifts.

Ideal for students and pre-retirees! Possibility of working more hours during the summer and holiday season, if desired.

Your contribution to our collective mission :

  • Be proactive in your approach to customers to provide an outstanding experience;
  • Courteously answer telephone calls and redirect communications as needed;
  • Respond to consumers and retailers in an efficient and friendly manner;
  • Manage and enter service calls into the computer system;
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, security, suppliers and merchants;
  • Perform transactions at the check-out, sell gift cards and swing inventory; 
  • Offer the loan service (strollers, walkers and wheelchairs);
  • Receive complaints and note recommendations;
  • Provide information on promotions and marketing events;
  • Support the marketing team in the privilege program;
  • Monitor social networks and respond to customers on the platforms used;
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Ideal candidate :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
  • Mastery of French and English (spoken, read and written);
  • Mastery of the Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and work actively and rigorously during peak periods;
  • Professionalism, rigor and customer service;
  • Ability to sense urgency and work in a team;
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness.
