For our Brossard store, we are recruiting an assistant manager.

Your responsibilities

• Participate, with the management team, in the achievement and follow-up of established objectives (sales results and budget);
• Coordinate operational activities;
• Apply high standards of customer service and act as a role model and coach to employees;
• Manage and coach human resources (hiring, induction, integration, training, performance, etc.);
• Assume responsibility for the store in the Manager's absence.

Skills sought

• College diploma;
• 2 years experience in retail and/or customer service and 1 year experience in personnel management;
• Knowledge of office software;
• Good understanding of personnel management principles.
