Immediate superiors: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Main objectives

Effectively assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve company objectives in terms of sales, hours and profitability, according to company policies. Ensure that customer service image and standards are in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

Must respect work schedules as posted.

Timely and accurate completion of various tasks:

Démarques to be completed within deadlines set by head office

Red labels and tabs to be placed according to deadlines set by head office.

Postings to be placed according to current promotions and head office guidelines.

Must maintain a good team atmosphere

Receive, unpack and place merchandise in appropriate locations

All other tasks as requested by the manager.

Requirements

Enjoys working with the public

Good interpersonal skills

Successful completion of secondary school

Previous experience in the retail environment would be an asset
