What you will do:

• Maximize store performance through effective staff training and by managing all operational aspects of the store;
• Operate the store in a way that maximizes sales and motivates employees to achieve their sales goals;
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training an effective and productive sales team;
• Ensure merchandise is attractively presented in accordance with established guidelines;
• Ensure that merchandise maintenance and care standards are consistently followed;
• Contribute to team motivation and engagement;
• Consistently implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to help prevent losses.

• Excellent sales and communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
• Strong organizational and priority-management skills;
• Knowledge of and interest in fashion;
• Proficiency with computer tools and point-of-sale and inventory management software.
