The parking lot of Mail Champlain contains 4140 spaces, 28 of which are reserved for families, 40 for people with disabilities and 4 for electric cars located on level one of the storied parking lot.

Do you need to go downtown Montreal for work? You should know that approximately 200 parking spaces on Mail Champlain are reserved exclusively for paid memberships. It's the ideal location for public transit users, near Panama Station of the REM!

Mail Champlain offers free wheelchair and walker loan services. All you need to do is give a $20 deposit or keys at the information booth located near entrance 1.

Do you prefer to go to the Champlain Mall by bike? Awesome! We have bike racks for you near all our entrances to make your trip easier. Just bring your padlock and you're done!

Access Mail Champlain thanks to the RTL. The Panama terminus is located 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. You will find the REM that goes directly to downtown Montreal. Buses 6, 13, 15, 54, and 77 can drop you off directly at the centre's site.

Do you want to connect to the STM network when you leave the centre? Travel 15-20 minutes to bus 45 which takes you directly to Bonaventure station. The Longueuil metro station is also located 15 minutes by car from Mail Champlain.

Going home with dozens of bags full of new fashion acquisitions is often complicated without a car. Mail Champlain offers you Union taxi services on site, located at entrance 2. Visit the customer service kiosk for more information or contact them directly at (450) 679 - 6262.

Perform your banking transactions directly on site using the ATMs available throughout the centre. You will find a Scotiabank ATM at entrance 1, an RBC ATM at entrance 6, and a BMO ATM near Decathlon.

Cominar gift card is accepted in our 9 shopping centres. Available at the Customer Service Center near door 1 and at our automatic gift card kiosk near door 2.

Need to make a call? Head to entrances 1-2 and 4 of the center to use the public phones. 

Visit Comneuf/Le Fil enchanté for dry-cleaning or shoe-repair services! You can also find shoe care products, as well as engraving services. We have everything you are looking for!

Feeling peckish? Find several food courts at Mail Champlain. Head to entrance 4 for fast food, to entrance 2 for the White Rabbit restaurant ( a neighborhood resto-bar) or to the same entrance for the Boulangerie Ange (French bakery and bistro space). 

To facilitate your experience at Mail Champlain, lockers are available for $1 in the corridor near the food court and Archambault.

Did you forget something the last time you visited Mail Champlain? Our lost and found service, located at Customer Service, keeps all recovered items for 1 month. We may just have your lost item! After 1 month, the found objects are given to the organization of La Grande Guignolée des Médias de la Rive-Sud.

Post your mail directly to Mail Champlain. To make your daily life easier, find Canada Post mailboxes outside the centre, located at entrance 2 and at entrance 4.

Looking for a medical clinic? The dental clinic Champlain, located at entrance 1, as well as an optometrist, Greiche & Scaff , located at entrance 4, are available for you at Mail Champlain.

Do you know that you can join the Morning Walkers Club, which brings together walking devotees, for a $15 annual cost?

Print or fax your important documents with the help of the Customer Service team at the information kiosk close to entrance 1. Photocopying rates are $0.15 for black and white and $0.30 for color. To send a fax, rates are $1 per copy for local mailings and $2 per copy for long-distance mailings.0. 

Mail Champlain provides you with a team dedicated to ensuring your safety at all times. The agents are on duty every day to help customers and as first responders for urgent matters or emergency calls.

For your favourite timeless pieces or to adjust the soles of your shoes, Le Fil Enchanté-Comneuf, located near entrance 5, is there to help. Have alterations, adjustments, stitching, leather & suede touch-ups, and curtain repair for your clothes and accessories.

Find in our food court everything you need for fun meals with your toddlers. We have high chairs.

Mail Champlain allows you to visit stores with your family using its stroller loan service. You are required to leave a $20 deposit or your keys which will be returned to you upon return of the stroller.
