The manager's role is to ensure the proper functioning of the business and the excellence of customer service. He is responsible for achieving sales objectives, customer service, the quality of the visual presentation of the store and the team of employees.

The manager's role is to ensure the proper functioning of the business and the excellence of customer service. He is responsible for achieving sales objectives, customer service, the quality of the visual presentation of the store and the team of employees.

Tasks and Responsabilities:

  • Ensure the success of sales targets
  • Build a successful team by recruiting the right candidates
  • Supervise the team and ensure its ongoing training
  • Provide and ensure a pleasant working environment
  • Manage the visual image of the store
  • Coordinate the receipt of goods
  • Run sales and performance reports

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience as a store manager
  • Experience with customer service
  • Recognized as a leader and ability to manage and motivated a team 
  • Results-oriented
  • Speak French and English
  • Listening to customer needs 
  • Proactive
  • Good adaptability
  • Ease of managing stress and work under pressure 
  • Team spirit
