Store manager

Full time (40h/week), temporary (maternity leave replacement)

Job Description :

  • Effectively manage their store to meet company goals for sales, hours and profitability according to company policies;
  • Ensure that the image and standards of customer service are in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet and exceed sales goals;
  • Establish an Action Plan to maximize sales;
  • Keep staff up to date on store objectives, promotions, new arrivals, new policies and procedures, new forms, etc;
  • Establish a strong team spirit and motivate the team at all times;
  • Complete knowledge of the point of sale system;
  • Understand, implement and follow through on all company guidelines as it relates to all documents, reports, policies and procedures. 

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • At least 2-5 years experience in a retail environment; 
  • Experience in a similar position; 
  • Must have a proven record of excellent customer service.
