For our Brossard store, we are recruiting a clerk.

Your responsibilities

• Provide customer service in accordance with Renaud-Bray standards;
• Advise and suggest to customers using his/her knowledge;
• Display products in attractive sections and maintain order on the shelves;
• Ensure that best sellers, novelties and favorites are prominently displayed to maximize sales according to established guidelines;
• Participate in product returns, transfers and receipts according to established procedures;
• Carry out any other responsibilities or tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Skills required

• High school diploma;
• One (1) to two (2) years' experience in retail and/or customer service;
• Customer service skills: interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good general knowledge;
• Ability to work standing up all day, lifting and moving boxes;
