Job description

The role of the manager is to ensure the successful operation of the store and excellence in customer service. He/she is responsible for achieving sales and customer service objectives, the quality of the store's visual presentation and the team of employees.

Tasks and responsabilities

• Ensure the success of sales objectives
• Build a high-performance team by recruiting the right candidates
• Supervise the team and ensure its continuous training
• Provide and ensure a pleasant work environment
• Manage the visual image of the store
• Coordinate the delivery of merchandise
• Create sales and performance reports

• Experience as a manager
