Colori is looking for a manager for its branch at Champlain Mall.

Tasks and responsabilities

- See and contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives of the store and each member of the sales team.

- Hiring, training, motivating and leading a sales team.

- Become familiar with, respect and inform all company policies and procedures.

- Ensure a safe environment throughout the branch.

- Manage weekly schedules strategically while respecting allocated time budgets.

- Participate in setting up the collection and respect marketing guidelines.

- Other related tasks may be requested.

Qualifications and skills required

- Excellent sales and customer service skills.

- Have a team spirit, a positive attitude and be results oriented.

- Having experience in retail management and supervising staff is an asset.
