Job description

The Sales Associate stocks merchandise and provides exceptional customer service, generates and processes sales, and is responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the store.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Welcome the customers and ensure a good service

- Advise the customers and answer their questions

- Prepare, place, and identify merchandise

- Stay informed of new products, promotions and company policies and procedures

- Execute transactions, bag the merchandise, and operate the cash register

- Ensure the cleanliness of the store and back store
