Under corporate direction, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Train and motivate teams to inspire the best performance and customer experience.
• Must show initiative in recruiting, hiring, training, visual merchandising and store operations.
• Execute plans to generate key performance indicators to maximize the profitability of his district as well as each individual store.
• Ensure constant and accurate communication between collaborators such as the customer service and IT support teams.
• Set the example by establishing clear, precise and engaging communication.
• Ensure compliance with visual guidelines and standards.
• Share product knowledge with managers and ensure the application of their learning to the entire store team.
• Ensure operational standards are met in the district.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.
• During the course of your employment, you may be assigned other duties, tasks and responsibilities.

The Sales Supervisor must be resourceful and able to create and manage change. He/she must be proactive about suggestions and feedback, inviting and using feedback to improve performance, as well as working on his/her own development.
