Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage cash operations 
• Assist with daily staff management and team coordination 
• Provide exceptional customer service and support sales activities 
• Maintain visual merchandising standards 
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members 
• Perform administrative tasks related to store management 
• Ensure the overall smooth operation of the boutique

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service 
• Experience in a similar retail or management role is a strong asset 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Excellent customer service mindset 
• Team-oriented, reliable and proactive
