Immediate superiors: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Main objectives

Effectively assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve company objectives in terms of sales, hours and profitability, in accordance with company policies. Ensure that customer service image and standards are in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

Provide impeccable customer service according to company standards.

Assist team with marketing and visual presentation

Execute price changes and prepare promotions according to the schedule established by head office

Receive, unpack and place merchandise in appropriate locations

Any other duties as requested by the manager.
