Am I required to reserve a spot to meet Santa?
We strongly recommend that you reserve your time slot in advance to guarantee a smooth visit with Santa. You can also go directly to the Centre Rockland and ask the elves in the kingdom to reserve one of the remaining spots for you.
Where can I check Santa’s availability?
To check when Santa is available, visit the appointment platform at https://centrerockland.perenoelrdv.com/
You can then choose the date and time that suits you best. Please note, however, that places are limited and we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired time slot. We may also close the kingdom without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, rest assured that you will receive an e-mail informing you that your appointment had to be cancelled.
Are appointments only available on a family basis?
Indeed, meetings with Santa Claus are reserved for families only. You’ll need to register your children individually, and then select a family meeting when you reserve your appointment. Please note, however, that the duration of the appointment is the same for everyone, even if there are several children in the same time slot. Please allow 5 minutes per family.
Can we meet an English-speaking Santa?
Santa’s appointment platform is available in both English and French. However, if you would like your child to chat with an English-speaking Santa at their visit, please check with our Marketing Coordinator, Isabelle Châles, at isabelle.chales@cominar.com.
Will we receive a reminder of our appointment time?
Santa’s elves will make sure you don’t miss your appointment with him! 24 hours before your appointment, the elves will send you an e-mail and a text message to remind you of the date and time of this magical occasion.
What should I do if I can’t keep my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you will need to cancel it by clicking on “My appointments / Cancel my appointment”. You can then simply reschedule your child’s appointment.
Is the meeting with Santa Claus free?
Yes, you can meet Santa free of charge.
Will there be a photography service?
After your visit, you will receive a preview of the photos taken during your child's meeting with Santa Claus. You can then purchase your souvenir photos, with several packages available. Prices range from $12.99 to $27.99. Log in to your user account on the appointment platform in the “MY PHOTOS” section. You will only have to make the purchase from your user account, directly on the platform. Accepted payment method: Visa or Master Card credit via the STRIPE transactional platform.
What should we do if we don't receive the photo we purchased?

Can I get photos printed at the Santa installation?
Yes, there will be a souvenir photo printing service allowing you to purchase your photos following the meeting with Santa Claus. Several packages and products are offered to customers wishing to keep this souvenir in printed format. Find out directly on site!
Can I use my personal camera to take pictures?
Yes, you are allowed to take personal photos during your visit.
Can my child ask Santa any questions?
Each meeting with Santa will be tailored to your child. Your child will be invited to chat with Santa, spontaneously, for approximately 5 minutes.
Will my child receive a present when they meet Santa?
Santa has planned a special surprise for every child who comes to visit him in the Kingdom.
How old must my child be to be eligible to meet Santa Claus?
There are no age restrictions for meeting Santa. All are welcome, whether they’re young or old, and as long as they believe in Santa!
Can my child meet Santa a second time?
Yes, your child can come back to meet Santa a second time. However, please note that only one appointment can be active in your account at any given time. You’ll need to have completed your first appointment before you can schedule a second one.
